Ctrl Alt Sweeps Three Awards Across Ireland and the UK in One Night

Ctrl Alt saw its first triple-win last night, scooping up three industry-recognised awards across two countries. In Ireland, we were named "Fintech Company of the Year - Start Up" and received the "Best Digital Asset Offering Award" at the National Fintech Awards 2026. In the UK, we won the "Game Changer Award" at the SeedLegals Startup Awards 2026.

‍

Ctrl Alt started in 2022 as a small team with a straightforward vision: alternative assets should be as accessible and functional as any other part of financial markets, and tokenization is how to get there. Four years on, that vision has become a business with four regulated entities and a team spread across five regions.

‍

Last night's awards came from two of them. The UK is our headquarters, where Ctrl Alt Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Ireland is where much of our engineering happens and where we focus on fund tokenization, with Ctrl Alt Technologies Limited holding MiFID authorisation from the Central Bank of Ireland. Being recognised as a leading fintech in both countries on the same night is a fair measure of how far that small team has come.

National Fintech Awards 2026, Ireland

The National Fintech Awards celebrate the exceptional achievements of the Irish fintech industry. A double win in one evening is a strong signal of success for a team undergoing rapid growth.

‍

Fintech Company of the Year - Start Up recognises the company as a whole: our growth over the past year, our regulatory footprint across the UK, Ireland and the UAE, and the institutions and governments that now rely on our platform.

‍

Best Digital Asset Offering Award is for the product. Our platform takes a tokenized asset from structuring and issuance through to management and distribution, within a regulated framework, and it does that across private credit, real estate, funds and structured products rather than a single asset class.

SeedLegals Startup Awards 2026, UK

On the same evening, over in London, Ctrl Alt won the Game Changer Award at the SeedLegals Startup Awards 2026. The judges described our entry as the strongest package in the category, highlighting the innovation coming out of the fintech industry and the work we're doing to move tokenization forward in the UK, the EU, the GCC and other regions.

‍

Awards in fintech often reward promise and intention. This one was judged on what we have shipped over the past twelve months, a period in which tokenization has grown faster than almost anyone expected. Our part in that has been building the products that make alternative assets easier to access and use.

A year of delivery

Last night's results follow our Start-up of the Year win at The Pioneer Awards 2026 earlier in the year, and they close out twelve months of real change for the business. Ctrl Alt has since grown to a team of 60+ across the UK, Ireland and the UAE, and passed $1.8 billion in assets tokenized. Awards do not change what we do next week, but they are a useful signal that the market sees the same shift we do: tokenization is now judged on execution, and that is the standard we want to be held to.

‍

Thank you to the organisers and judges at the National Fintech Awards and SeedLegals, and to the other finalists. Both rooms were full of impressive companies, and we don't take the result for granted.

‍

Thank you to our partners and team. Our partners worked alongside us to make those products possible, and our team delivered them. The next twelve months already hold more partnerships, more asset classes and more regulated market infrastructure across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
